If your organisation already participates in NPL programs, you're already doing everything a Pathway Partner does! This simply makes the relationship official and unlocks the benefits above. All we ask of you is to;

Nominate a contact person - to be NPL’s point of contact for your organisation

Take part in NPL programs when available - only when and and how it suits you and your team

Engage with students professionally and safely - bringing the same care and standards you’d expect in any workplace
Ways to get involved
There’s no single way to be a Pathway Partner, but we've listed a few below. If you've got other ideas, we'd love to hear them.
Host a Group
Facilitate site visits, workplace tours, Q&A sessions, structured workplace learning, work experience placements.​
Help Shape Curriculum
Participate in discussions with NPL and teachers to inform about what your industry needs.
Visit a School
Share your expertise at class visits, do an interview, provide demonstrations, attend a class discussion. ​
Mentor a Student
Offer your time and expertise to meet with a student interested in your industry.
Attend an NPL Event
Showcase your industry and workplace at an NPL event - host a stall, run a workshop, be on a Q&A panel.
Share Equipment
Lend or donate equipment that students would benefit from using.
