Ways To Get Involved
For Careers Advisors
Careers advising can be an isolating job. With a national student-to-careers-advisor ratio of around 560:1, there’s never enough time to give every student what they need — and too often the role carries the whole school’s career education alone.
NPL is here to change that. We don’t replace the work you do — we amplify it. By creating curriculum-linked career experiences across the school, we help spread career education across teachers, industry and the wider community. That means pathway conversations with your students become more relevant and informed, and you get back time for the 1:1 guidance only you can provide.
